290: Mid-Year Check-In

It’s halftime! What is (or is not) going on? I’m betting this year is not even remotely close to what you planned, expected, or wanted. We know that we can change or have our plans changed at any time, but with that said, it’s still important to check in with ourselves and see what is REALLY going on — perhaps some things are going better in your life than you realized!

You can do this check-in at any time, no need to wait until the end of the year to reflect on your goals and get realigned!

In today’s episode, you’ll be guided through:

  • Ranking 13 different areas of your life on a scale of 1 to 10

  • Tapping into the three greatest things that have happened to you so far this year (I encourage you to dig beyond just three if you can!)

  • Three big lessons you’ve learned

  • Three people you’re grateful for, why, and how did you create and/or develop this relationship

  • Three ideas for things you can improve

  • Three things you can look at differently

  • Three shifts you’d like to make as you finish up the year strong
