274: What’s Really Happening During the Moon Cycle & How It Can Affect Your Mood
Today’s podcast guest is the epitome of being a lover of learning! Carla Aspesberger hails from the Netherlands and has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology in addition to being a registered yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner and meditation teacher. With all her experience and certification, Carla truly dances between the eastern and western modalities of healing.
After completing university, Carla worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative. After three years in the industry she made a 180-degree shift and began to explore Eastern healing modalities.

How yoga poses can impact us emotionally as well as physically
The intersection between astrology and the physical body

Conscious vs. subconscious thoughts and how they affect you
How to get in touch with your own expectations and how to know when enough is enough
Carla’s experience with an overactive thyroid and mine with an underactive thyroid and how our chakra systems play a role
What yoga is the best for you if you’re a “Type A” person
