320: How to Design Your Leisure Time
James Wallman’s book “Time and How to Spend It: The 7 Rules for Richer, Happier Days” is an excellent manual for designing leisure time that is fulfilling and rejuvenating. That’s our focus today: how to better spend our leisure time! We’ll explore both James’ book and some of my other favorites from authors Dr. Ned Hallowell and Dr. John Ratey, Majo Molfino, Steven Kotler, Dr. Michael Breus, and Greg Hiebert.
