57: Polly de Mille

This podcast episode is addressing many questions that have been asked by friends (i.e. people who email us) of the Running Lifestyle Show. We’re discussing what is zone training, why to do it, and most importantly, how to figure out what your zones are, with Polly de Mille, RN, MA, RCEP, CSCS, Exercise Physiologist, from the Tisch Sports Performance Center at the Hospital for Special Surgery in NYC.

Then, Serena Marie, RD, is addressing a topic that comes up a lot – whether there a correlation between diet and stress fractures.
