Serena Marie, RD, shares the latest research of how to refuel after a marathon and discusses our Official Ice Cream of the Running Lifestyle Show. The recipe for Red Ice Cream is:

2 C frozen cherries
1 C frozen blueberries
1/4 C heavy whipping cream
2 T chia seeds
2 T unsweetened coconut

Place cherries and berries in blender for five minutes to warm up a little bit. Add other remaining ingredients and blend until smooth like ice cream. Yum!
